SHIPPING POLICY (UPDATED MAY, 2026)

Shipping & Costs

We ship via UPS to the lower 48 states only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. island territories, or internationally.

  • Orders over $149 (before sales tax) ship free, with two exceptions: furniture, and case quantities of medical supplies (gloves, drape sheets, and disinfectants). Excluded items ship at a flat rate per box of $7.99 per box.

  • Expedited shipping is not available.

Processing & Delivery - Orders ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed by 1pm Pacific ship the same day. Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day. Inclement weather at our warehouse or with UPS may cause delays.

Once your order ships, please make sure the delivery address is secure and that someone is available to receive the package. You can reroute, reschedule, or hold a package at a UPS location through UPS directly, either online or by phone. We cannot change the shipping address on an order once placed, so please confirm your details at checkout.

A note on liquids: we are not responsible for items damaged by freezing. If you're ordering inks or disinfectants during cold weather, watch your tracking and bring packages inside promptly. When in doubt, hold off on liquid orders until conditions improve.

If Something Goes Wrong Contact us within 24 hours of receipt for:

  • Missing or incorrect items: include your name, order number, and a description of the issue.

  • Damaged items: email us your order number, photos, and a description. We may follow up for additional information to file a claim with UPS.

For missing packages, orders sometimes ship in multiple boxes that get separated in transit. Please wait 72 hours after the first package arrives before reaching out. If a package still hasn't shown up, contact UPS first. If UPS confirms the package is lost, we'll file a claim and replace your order.



    CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS 

      • If you have received tracking information: Click your tracking number and follow the instructions to change your delivery address. 
      • If you have not received tracking information yet:  Reply to your confirmation email with the correct address and we can adjust the address

    RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM(S) -or- ITEMS MISSING 

      • Please contact info@coalitiontattoosupply.com within 24 hours of receiving the package.  Please describe your issue and which items are missing or incorrect.  

    MISSING PACKAGES 

      • If you have only received a partial order, your packages may have separated and will arrive within a few days.  Please wait 48 to 72 hours for your package to arrive after its intended delivery date.  
      • If you have checked the tracking information and you’re still not seeing any movement, reach out to us at info@coalitiontattoosupply.com.

      DAMAGED SHIPMENTS 

        • LIQUIDS: We will not be responsible for FROZEN liquids. If you are ordering liquids such as inks or medical disinfectants, please make sure to be at your address when the delivery driver arrives. You can do this by keeping close track of tracking numbers. Prolonged storage of liquids in cold (below freezing) areas will result in damaged products.

        • If Items arrive damaged in shipment, please send us an email at info@coalitiontattoosupply.com. Include your order number, the damaged item(s) with a description, and pictures of the damaged item.  We may respond with more questions about your shipment in order to process a claim with our shipping carrier.
